Sagittarius

16 Dec - 13 Jan Lord: Guru (Jupiter) 01 November 2026

These dates follow the sidereal zodiac used in Jyotish, which is why they differ from the Western dates you may have seen elsewhere.

Today

01 Nov 2026

The Moon is in Cancer today, the 8th house from your rashi.

The eighth is depth and change — what is not on the surface. It has a fearsome reputation it does not deserve. Read it as a day for looking properly at something you have been glancing past.

Sunday is ruled by Surya — traditionally a day for what is yours to decide.

This reading follows the Moon's actual position today, computed from planetary theory. It describes a general emphasis for everyone born under this rashi — a chart calculated from your own birth moment says considerably more.

This week

01 Nov 2026

This week, read from the Sun's transit and the Moon's arc across the seven days.

Networks and gains are emphasised — people more than money, in the classical reading.

Across the week the Moon moves from your 8th house to your 10th — the emphasis shifts as it goes, which is why a week reads differently at each end.

A weekly reading covers a twelfth of everyone alive. Treat it as a lens, not a forecast.

This month

01 Nov 2026

The Sun transits Libra for most of this period — your 11th house.

Networks and gains are emphasised — people more than money, in the classical reading.

The Sun stays in one sidereal sign for about thirty days, which is why a monthly reading changes more slowly than a daily one.

The planetary positions above are computed astronomy and can be checked against any ephemeris. The interpretation that follows is classical Jyotish tradition — read it as a lens for reflection, not a forecast of what will happen.
